Devices not correctly listed
Hi Community i have an issue in IOS Orbi App since i moved to Router Mode. My devices are not listed correctly all the time. IP in place of MAC, MAC in place of 2.4Ghz etc ... this is a mess ...

Yes, it’s a mess alright since the latest firmware update. I’ve logged in remotely just there using the iOS app and it is showing zero devices listed even though there is a satellite connected and the internet is showing as available and I can log into my Ring cameras/doorbell remotely over cellular data.

I was thinking about hard resetting the Orbi Router

There some problems that NG is aware of surrounding the devices and how they are being listed. Do a backup configuration to file then try a reset and setup from scratch to see if anything changes. If not, re-apply the back up and you'll be back to where you started.
