devices "Not Responding' in HomeKit

I had lots of problems in Homekit using the Orbi mesh wifi but I finally found a solution and wanted to post it here since I could not find much info anywhere.

 

On the Orbi uncheck enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings (2.4GHz/b/g/n)

 

If you have other Wi-Fi routers disable Airtime Fairness

    I have this "no response" problem on my Homekit installation since months.

    It started with a EVE Extend and I thought it was a problem of the Eve material.

    I replaced it and I had the same issue.

    Since 3 days, it is my ismartgate which has the same issue.

    I know now that it's not a hardware problem but a Wifi problem.

     

    I tried your solution but it stil doesn't work.

     

    Would you have an other idea to help me ?!
