Disable SIP ALG LBR20
Tried to disable SIP ALG but when third party software checks it is still enabled even thought Router shows it is disabled.
Anyone have the same problem and a solution?
Netgear Technical Help is useless. level 2 technician was on no assistance reading the manual and telling me what it says.

May we please know the name of the software used to check the SIP ALG status?
Kindly provide the device SKU (e.g. LBR20-1USNAS).
What is the firmware version?
Please describe your network setup (ISP, devices connected)

I no longer have it.
I could not wait for a reply and returned it and got a refund.
The service I recevied from Netgear was below standard and not what I had been used to.
