Disabling SIP ALG on Orbi Firewall

Hello,

I need to disable the "SIP ALG" on my router's firewall in order to troubleshoot my Magic Jack (VoiP device) which is not receiving or sending calls as it normally does.  I cannot figure out how to access the advanced firewall settings on my Orbi App.... can I get any help here?
