Disabling the 5ghz network

Thanks for that, it appears to work although I have left the broadcast check box unchecked. My phone is now connecting to the 2.4ghz network which is good.
All the other devices that joined the 5ghz network are still on the 5ghz network which is fine. All these devices are in the same location as the router or satellite.

The Broadcast SSID box needs to be checked Enabled. If there is ever a power interruption, the WiFi system is rebooted, or individual devices are rebooted, they will not find the 5G SSID and will connect to 2.4G. I am confident this is not what you want to happen.
Turning off the SSID broadcast addresses the issue of getting a gizmo configured, but is only a temporary measure.
