Disconnecting Satellite log availability?
I have an orbi router, 2 rbs50 satellites, and a rbw30 satellite in AP mode. I have had the system for 2 years and just recently added the rbw30 about 2 months ago to extend to the garage. Things...
There is a log file, on the web interface at the Advanced Tab->Administration->Logs. I do not know if satellite connection/disconnection is logged (I have never seen either). I set my Orbi up to email me the log file every time it fills up and I accumulate them into one big file.
I definitely see where the satellite renews the IP address via DHCP once a day.
There is also a "debug" log file that can be created on the "debug" page http://<orbi IP address>/debug.htm
I have not played around much with that, and do not remember ever seeing anything about satellite connections.
