Disney Circle on Netgear Orbi - Passcode

Question

Hi --I enabled Circle on Orbi and downloaded the Circle app on my iPhone. When I launch the app, it sees Circle on Orbi, then requests a passcode. I am the only admin. However, I never receive any SMS with the passcode (I only get error message on the app "Spmething went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and try again"). I have been trying for the last 3 days but no passcode texted so far... Many thanks in advance for support.
