Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

    Yes, very much. 

    I am struggling with this for long now. So i did factory reset before and after upgrade too for router and all 3 satellites.

      Something to contact NG support about. They need to address this issue. Seems to be on going for a while now.

        Hope someone from NG Support would pick this issue whenever they come across this post.

        Today all over again i did factory reset still no luck.
