Display name of Device connected to Orbi Satellite RBS50 is UNKNOWN & Link Rate : N/A

Yes, very much.
I am struggling with this for long now. So i did factory reset before and after upgrade too for router and all 3 satellites.
Something to contact NG support about. They need to address this issue. Seems to be on going for a while now.
Hi,
it only works with Firmware verison 2.3.5.30 or 2.3.5.34, any version after this seems to have an issue. I have logged the call with NG Support and provided them with all details, proof, screen shot and everthing they request till now. I hope and pray NG Team fix this soon in near future firmware release :)
