Your ISP provided or a service like Umbrella or OpenDNS?I can guarantee that people who just "plugged it in and used it" or who set it up using the Orbi "app" are using the ISP provided DNS, because the only way to change DNS providers is to use the Orbi web interface.
People often use OpenDNS for the URL filtering capability.
I, myself, bounce back and forth between Google, Cloudflare, etc.
