If the goal is to accomodate higher WAN speed but not change the WiFi environment (Unleashed + Access Points), then there seems to be no point is purchasing part of a Netgear AX "mesh" system. (not actually a "mesh", but that's what the industry calls these things.) All this will do is add a separate WiFi system that will not integrate into the existing WiFi system and will not cover the entire building. Devices will not "roam" from one WiFi system to the other. Just get something like an Edgerouter that will take a gigabit WAN connection.
On the other hand, the Unleashed environment may not handle roaming the way an Orbi system does and probably has no WiFi6 capability. Have no idea what the bandwidth of the Unleashed access points is (gigabit ethernet?)
Is there a newer Unleashed hub unit that handles higher WAN speed?
