My 40 series Orbi with the router and just 1 satellite covers my 5000Sq ft home perfectly. Has great coverage and performance.
For 1500sq ft, you should only need a main router and maybe 1 satellite. The Orbi router can cover up to around 2000sq ft by itself if placed well.
Most home class routers don't support POE so you would need to acquired POE injector support.
