Does the Orbi Router itself have a decent wifi range?
Just debating about whether to locate it in the garage next to the Modem, or whether to connect back to the Modem via cat 6 and pos...
In a non concrete building, my 5000sq ft home gets great coverage from a 20 series Orbi system using just 1 satellite and 40 feet in between them. Concrete, you'll need to place the units closer I presume and may have some problems with this kind of building materials. I recommend wired connections if at all possible.
