Double NAT when there is no Double NAT

I have a device inside my LAN that is saying I have a double NAT. I have an ARRIS modem that has no router funcationality, and do have the Orbi set to hand out DHCP addresses. Yet I am getting a doub...

Where are you seeing this double NAT message?

 

What is the Model# of the modem you have?
