Downloading Files on Xbox

I have just installed my Orbi router and satellites and everything works fine, except
I cannot seem to download anything on any device. Please Help.

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    What do you mean download files to xbox or any device. Do you you can't get games or apps on to the xbox or devices?
