How do I change my email on my orbi app? I'm changing internet services and my old email will be disabled.

I would try this:
open https://www.netgear.com/support
Click on the tiny picture at the top right with your name under it.
Log in with your Netgear credentials (i.e. the credentials for this user forum).
Select Manage Profile.
Select Login Settings.
Select Change Email.
