Endless loop of unable to even get support
So I got an Orbi RBR50 w/Satellite. Everything worked but the network map. Tried a bunch of things on the forum. Nothing helped. Set up a chat with tech support. She suggested deleting the iPhone app and reloading. That also deleted the chat and all related data. Didn’t fix the problem and now I can’t get to tech support because the app doesn’t show my product and when I try to register it, it says it’s already registered. So no product in the app = no support. Huge customer service failure.
