Error connecting ORBI CBR40 to att fiber 5268AC

The CBK40 system is meant to be a replacement for any ISP cable modem which the ISP supports the CBK40 on there system. The CBK40 doesn't operate as a wifi router only. If you need a Orbi system for it's wifi features, I recommend the RBK series of Orbi. There are many flavors of RBK systems that will suite your needs. These run as external routers to ISP modems.

Also regarding SIP Modem Combo Units:

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
