Escalate a support case 43398588
I have been trying to get help for my Orbi satellite that has been deemed defective and requires replacement.
Since the start of September support staff have inundated me with the following cases, all of which are related to the same issue:

43365158
43448519
I am really sick and tired of having to call and then spend at least an hour each time and no one seems to be able to take me forward. On 9/15 3.33pm EST I made a payment of $16.90 for an advanced replacement and to date, I have not received said replacement.
I have documented every person / date / time I spoke with over course of last few weeks, just need to escalate this to the director of support and the CEO of Netgear. If someone can be kind enough to share their details/email address.

What seems to have worked in the past is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators (users with the "capital N" after their screen name.
