I get the DoS blocks on 111.13.101.208 with no powerline adapters. I'd look into what an ARP attack is, because 192.168.1.19 is something on your network, and my guess is its your powerline adapter.
The IP on my network was an iMac.
Maybe it's not due to the router seeing a DoS attack, but neither EoC nor Powerline work with Orbi for me.
