Netgear programs their router to intercept DNS inquiries to specific URLs to point to the router itself:

    • orbilogin.com
    • orbilogin.net
    • (and several others)

The router LAN interface is the Gateway address of the LAN subnet, usually 192.168.1.1.

The user name is always "admin" and the password is whatever was defined when the router was configured.

These are not the same as the credentials for the Orbi 'app'.

In this "age of the app" I have noticed more users asking, "what's this about a password?" because it has been so long since they set up the WiFi system that they have no memory of changing the router web password from "password" to something else.  If the router rejects a password three times in a row, it opens a Password Recovery process which asks for the router serial number (to prove that you actually have physical possession of the device and can look at the label on the bottom of the case) and answers to a couple of 'security' questions.  Alas, many people skipped that step during the setup or did not record exactly how their answers were spelled (capital letter on names?... or all lower case?)

If the router will not accept the password, then a Factory Reset is the only way to gain access to the router web interface.
