Existing RBS50 satellite not showing up on network map after adding new satellite

[RBS50 doesn't show up as a valid Model number in the above field, so chose RBR50.]

Just purchased a new RBS50 satellite to add onto my existing RBR50 Orbi home mesh network. The new satellite was added with no apparent issue, but I'm noticing one of my exisitng RBS50s no longer appears on the Orbi app network map. This existing RBS50 appears to be up and working - if I drill into connected devices in the Device Manager, I see multiple devices connected to it. It's just not showing on the network map.

I've tried power cycling the RBR50 as well as the missing RBS50. Also tried restarting the orbi app. The sattellite is still missing though.

Any ideas?

Depending on what firmware you are on, the app does not work properly. Netgear needs to update their app ASAP to avoid these user problems. So far I've noticed this on 2 firmwares newer than 2.5.1.16. So if your system is working properly, you can also check it in a browser going to orbilogin.com. The GUI doesn't seem to be as affected as the app.
