Expanding my RBR40 system
Greetings, I currently have an RBR40 system with 1 satellite. The main router is located in the middle of my house, while the satellite is in my barn. This gives me solid coverage within the house...

Thanks - I'd put some thought into a powerline adapter. That may be the only option unless I go with some direct-bury CAT6. My wife's gardens would make that a problematic cable run... I wish I'd thought ahead and had them run an extra conduit (or at least another pull string) in the line that runs from the barn to the pool house.
I'm hesitant to go with something that will start another SSID. I believe the Sonos devices (of which I have a few), all need to be on the same subnet. I think a non-mesh device would create a separate subnet, and that would confuse the Sonos devices even further...
Is there a Netgear AP that would seamlessly join the Orbi mesh network and just become 'one with the force?'
Thanks again!

If you put in a separate AP while on configuring the AP for same IP address subnet, you should be fine. Or just needing some wifi coverage there and as along as the IP address of the AP is on same subnet as the main is, all should work.
