Which Nest doorbell is this? At least one model of Nest doorbell supports both 2.4G and 5G WiFi connections.

What WiFi band does the Orbi report the doorbell is using? (2.4G or 5G) That information appears in the web interface Attached Devices page and the Orbi 'app' list of Connected Devices. Which Orbi unit does it show the doorbell using?
Doorbells are often located in places that can hamper WiFi signals. (Is this a brick house, for example?) Sometimes moving the WiFi access point just a few feet in one direction or another makes a world of difference.
As the doorbell is not mobile, it gains nothing from the ability to roam seamlessly from one Orbi unit to another. It could be connected to an inexpensive "WiFi Repeater" that is located closer to the doorbell. I have had success with the TP-Link RE220 ($20 on Amazon). Using a different SSID on the repeater ensures that the doorbell will connect to it rather than to one of the Orbi units.

- This is the current Nest wired video doorbell. (obviously, the wire is just for power).
- Orbi reports the connection is via the second floor satellite (RBW30). My original post may have mistaken this model. Is the model that hangs on an outlet. I believe it has been out-of-favor.
- Connection is via 2.4gb
- Wood frame newer house. No metal in the way. It is about 40 feet from that satellite. I am aware of router location issues, but I have not tried moving the RBW30. I will do so.
- That TP-Link RE220 is what I was looking for as a response. But I will try relocating the RBW30 first.
Thanks
