Extremely slow web page rendering
Ever since installing, everyhting is fine except - when opening multiple tabs in a browser (any browser) the pages render extremely slow - sometimes taking 4-5 mins to render pages.
Upgrading brwosers, laptop, Orbi firmware etc has made difference.
I am thinking it may be a setting issue on Orbi - as the problem does not exist when not on the wifi via Orbi

Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering the web page.
Does this happen with only 1 tab opened on the web page?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch. Is Armor or Cicle enabled?

Router Firmware Version
V2.5.1.8happens in multiple browsers - chrome and MS. Both have cache/cookie etc install FF browser, nothing cashed etc, same exact problem
Does it happen with a different PC or Laptop?
Try a factory reset on the RBR and setup from scratch. Should clear this.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMw4ePACgc4

An interesting situation.
- Are there computers that are wired to the Orbi and do not exhibit this behavior?
- After the web pages finally open, is "everything there"?
- After the initial web pages open, does the browser "behave normally" from then on?
Or, does a certain amount of time go by and suddenly this happens again?
If you close the browser and immediately reopen it with the same multiple tabs, does it again take several minutes? - Do you administer the Orbi using the web interface or the Orbi "app"?
Retired_Memberis correct that a number of users report disappointing problems with firmware 2.5.1.8 while others (such as myself) see nothing amiss. Some of these folks got relief by downloading a previous firmware version, 2.3.5.30, from the Netgear support site and manually loading this firmware on their router and satellite(s).

jxg61, have you tried testing your network speed using a site like speedtest.net on the impacted web browser?
