Family member accidentally ruined the speed of the internet when trying to turn off devices.
A family member tried turning off devices using the Orbi App, and when they were turned back on, I discovered the wifi speeds had decreased tremendously; I do not believe they are are competent enoug...

The #1 recommendation when electronics act up is, "Turn it off, sing Happy Birthday, and turn it back on again."
(In the days of the original IBM PC, we called this "using the big red switch", but electronics these days do not have big red switches.)
I did a full network reset on my computer, along with running an offline virus scan; the problem persists, and this has never happened before. From what I can gather, I believe the person was pressing many buttons without knowing what they did, in an attempt to turn off devices.
