Let me acknowledge that our customer base has been clamoring for this feature for a while, and we are trying to be responsive to their needs. The ORBI was GREAT when it worked...I got 3-10X speeds over my existing HAWKING range extender in most areas of my home. Hence, my disappointment in the reliability AND in the somewhat rudimentary software interface that ORBI delivered.
