Firmware, Devices & Circle
I have not seen the devices on my Orbi since I bought it. When I first installed the app they were there but since I did the firmware update they have been missing for the last 8 months. Net gear closed my ticket without resolving the issue. I have to log in through IP to gain access to the network and devices. I keep the firmware up to date but still no fix.
I was trying to also add Circle to my Orbi since it is built in and it says my firmware is out of date. I have updated and restarted several times and still have no way to connect.
What am I missing?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Circle product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
