Would help to know how you are administering the Orbi system:
- computer of some sort usiing a web browser, or
- the Orbi "app"
A lot of customers elect to disable the WiFi on their ISP modem/WiFi/router to reduce WiFi interference in the house.
The specific firmware version is not likely to affect whether devices can connect to the Orbi WiFi or not. There is likely something else to be addressed rather than the firmware level.
