Firmware update not downloading

This morning I tried uploading the new Firmware V2.1.1.12 and when it finshes downloaing it tells me that the .img file I'm trying to download is incorrect file type (I unzipped the file). I'm following the instructions exactly. I can't seem to choose my satellite and when I do and choose update I get the following:
