Firmware update V2.5.1.32

Firmware update V2.5.1.32, after the update my RBS50 is no longer connected, however I am still able to use the Ethernet ports on the back, which to me is strange? Should I not be able to use those ports? I have power cycled, I have synced it and nothing. However, if I use the Orbi app on my phone and connect remotely it shows 1 Satellite? So that confuses me even more? Any assistance would be great, thank you in advance.

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? 
    Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release. I would disconnect all lan cables from the back of the RBR before you try this. 

    After you see the top ring LED slowly pulsate on and off, conect 1 wired PC to the back of the RBR and see if you get the RBRs web page with connection at each LAN port.
