Firmware update

Alittle upset.  Had to set up all passwords, to include Admin two hours later finally able to check for update.  Notified today, 90 day COMPLIMENTARY support ended yesterday.  Watched the You Tube fo...

Could you please describe how you administer the Orbi?  (i.e. using the Orbi "app" or the Orbi web interface?)

People report issues using the Orbi app, specifically in terms of firmware updates.
