Firmware upgrade for NBK752: satellites show “disconnected” but work…
NBK752 (one NBR750 router and three WIRED RBS750 satellites).
The house has an U shape and I need three satellites.
Everything was fine until I decided to update the firmware.
I found on the Netgear site two different firmware: 4.6.5.11_1.5.66 for the router and 4.6.14.3 for the satellites.
I started updating the satellites one by one, succesfully. Then I updated the router.
From that moment on the satellites figured “disconnected” in the Orbi login page and in the iOs and Android apps…
But they do work…
If I enter their IP I can reach them and the app says that everything is fine.
But the Orbi login says “disconnected”
Is this a firmware bug?
I have tried many times to reset everything to the factory default settings with no luck before finding out the the satellites were working…”disconnected”.
Maybe the satellite firmware file is fine when coupled with the same number firmware file for the RBR750 router and that the NBR750 router needs an other FW file, not yet added. But then, why publishing this file in the support page?
My last hope is that a new NBR750 firmware update solves the problem…

Nope…
The support team just told me to wait for a new router firmware
