ORBI11 is the SSID printed on the product label? If you factory reset the Orbi and the SSID printed on the label does not broadcast, I think the Orbi is "dead". Being six months old with a 12 month product warranty, I think Netgear should replace it. (Does you absolutely no good in the immediate future.) This is why every time I replace my WiFi router I keep the old one in a drawer in case of emergencies.
I have never figured out how customers contact Netgear to get a product replaced under warranty, since they stop accepting contacts after 90 days. What seems to work is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators by clicking on their screen name (such as Dustin_V - notice the capital "N" after the name). Netgear frowns on customers posting personal information on the public forum, so the private message is where you explain the situation: product, serial number, when purchased, that it no longer is "alive", and how to contact you.
