We have an Orbi Mesh system that we use with a fiber optic internet connection. We have 3 plugin satellites and 1 is flashing amber and we can't get it to do anything else. We did a factory reset on t...

What satellite is it?
Most have ethernet ports but the rbw30 doesn't.
If its one with ethernet jacks, you can try using tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9DLrLQrpaw
and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

Thank you for the help, but we do have the RBW30, plus I only have an Android phone and Ipad with me. Our main router works fine as well as 2 of the satellites. The 3rd satellite that has the amber light may have been exposed to rain, although not directly.

moisture is the death of electronics.
And if its a rbw30 with the issue, you're a little bit stuck as there isn't a factory way to hardwire into it to force new firmware to it.
so you might be SOL
- rpcatheyMar 31, 2022AspirantThank you, that's what I suspected but wanted to see if others thought the same thing.
