Force Vizio to Satellite Instead of Router

As a newbie, I might need you to explain it to me like I'm 5, as I'm not completely familiar witht he Orbi interface and settings yet.
Here's a stab at your questions:
Home size: there are two floors, each about 100' x 24', so 2400 sq feet per floor, 4800 sq feet total.
Distance Between: I have the Router in the center of the first floor and the satellite in the center of the second floor. They're merely separated by the stairs. Straight vertical distance is 11 feet. Including the horizontal distance to go TO the stairs, up them and then to the satellite (horizontal distance), it would be 21 feet.
Channels: 2.4Ghz is on Auto and 5Ghz is 48. How does changing these channels affect the connectivity of the rest of my household devices?
Disabling: These are my current settings without having changed them
MU-MIMO: Already unchecked.
Daisy Chain: Already unchecked.
Fast Roaming: Checked.
IPv6: How do I disable this and why would I want to?
Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence: Already unchecked
Router Firmware: Version is indeed V2.2.1.210. Does this mean I should enable/check Daisy Chain rather than keep it unchecked? I only have one satellite, so I'm not sure what difference this setting would make.
App: When using, I'm merely monitoring what my TV is doing in terms of its connection. I am stationary and near the TV. I'm not sure why my placement is relevant to my question.
Here is my situation in detail: I'm using the Orbi app to monitor what my TV is doing. When it is connected to the upstairs satellite, it sometimes cycles between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, but have no connectivity issues. After a power cycle, sometimes it wants to connect to the router downstairs (RBR50). When it does. my signal does not connect or is slow, drops, etc. With novice experience, it is my opinion that connecting to the downstairs router is the issue. So while I appreciate the swift reply, I'm not sure how some of these questions are relevant when all I want is to force the TV to connect to the upstairs satellite permanently without having to hardwire it.

The distance is probably too close to each other and should be started at about 30 feet in between router and satellite. Placement is key here.
Channels: 2.4Ghz is on Auto and 5Ghz is 48. How does changing these channels affect the connectivity of the rest of my household devices? Setting to a manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz will help the router maintain the channel and not randsomly change and disconnect as with AUTO.

IPv6: How do I disable this and why would I want to? Under Advanced tab/Advaced Settings/IPv6. If your ISP doesn't support native IPv6, then this feature can be disable on the Orbi.

In the TVs case, it maybe the TV and how it's handling the signals between the satellite and each frequency. And it maybe seeing the routers wifi signal as well and that combind with the satellites signal, the TV maybe a bit confused on what frequency to actually use. You might turn down the power on the router from 100% to say 50% and see if this changes how the TV behaves. It should maintain best frequency. However there only so much you can do to the Orbi that will help the TV. We can do much for the TV itself. Make sure the TVs FW is up to date as well.

Distance between: Unfortunately, there's not another place I can put the upstairs OR downstairs units. The downstairs unit is right by the modem and the upstairs unit is in the only plug not located in a bedroom. The hallway has one outlet and that's the one it's connected to. :(
Channels: I've now changed 2.4Ghz to channel 11.
IPv6: Our ISP does indeed support it (Comcast 1GB down), so I'll keep this on.
Daisy Chain: Now turned on, as it doesn't hurt.
TV/Router: How do I turn down the downstairs router's power to 50%? I see the power controls for 2.4Ghz/5Ghz, but not per device.

The power setting is just for the router. So try setting both at 50%. This will help with the distance issue being a bit too close.
Well, this is odd. Now almost everything (most of my other devices upstairs) seems to be connecting to the downstairs router via 2.4Ghz, where before it was the upstairs satellite on 5Ghz.
