Turn OFF all RBS first. Change the power output of the 5Ghz radio to 25%. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Then connect your mobile device at a distance from the RBR to ensure the mobile phone keeps connected to the 2.4Ghz radio. After you get the IoT device connected, re-configure the system back to where it was.
Be sure that 20/40 MHz Coexistence enabled.

I don't know if you realize that you're talking to a total noob. RBS?, RBR?, - have no idea what they are, but throttling down the radio signal of the 5GHz network worked. Once I set up the App on the Guest Network, everything was OK.
Thank you for the reply and teaching me something about my Orby.

RBR is the router unit.
RBS is the remote satellite unit.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
