FTP connections
I am trying to connect to a FTP site as https://ftp.abc.com from a browser (like Chrome, Brave, Internet Explorer). All the browsers says "This site can’t be reached". When I connect directly t...

My Orbi allows me to access https://ftp.deloittefed.com.
What I get is the attached login screen.
I am confused about this modem.
If the IP address of the modem is 192.168.1.1, that indicates that it is a "modem/router".
With the IP address of the Orbi being 20.20.1.1, the user device is "behind two routers", which is called a "Double NAT Condition"

Netgear's modem routers usually do 192.168.0.1 while routers are 192.168.1.1.
So, unless someone set it to that IP address, heaven only knows what this modem is.
Netgear ships cable modems with 192.168.100.1.

I made a mistake in IP Addresses here.
The Spectrum Cable Modem is showing my ISP IP Address and not 198.xxxxxxxx
The Orbi Router, I have configured with 20.20.1.1 for LAN to start and not the Factory 198 one.
I am able to connect to all FTP sites and except the https://ftp.deloittefed.com
When I disconnect the Orbi and connect directly to the Cable Modem, I am able to connect to https://ftp.deloittefed.com
So, somewhere, Orbi might have marked it as invalid/blocked which I do not see.
I also disabled the Netgear Armour and it did not help.
By the way, I was able to connect to https://ftp.deloittefed.com up until last Friday. All of a sudden it stopped working for me.
I apologize for the wrong reporting of Cable Model IP address.

Well, I am now very confused.
Windows nslookup resolves the name to 167.219.6.21, which appears to be Deloitte Services, LP. (Maybe New York City?)
Since I got a connection yesterday, I tried today and got "unable to connect" on several browsers. Thought "how can this BE?" Before hitting "Post" on this message, I decided "better triple check that again", and NOW all of my browsers bring up this page:
Microsoft Edge produces a web site: https://ftp.deloittefed.com/EFTClient/Account/Login.htm
Chrome produces: the same
Firefox produces: the same
Opera produces: the same
So, I am in the Twilight Zone. First it works. Then it doesn't. Then it does again.
p.s. IP subnet 20.20.1.1 is in the middle of Microsoft's IP space. You may experience "unable to connect" if any program attempts to reach Microsoft servers.
