Can she post a screen shot of this information? Orbi does set the time using a "Time Server" (see Wikipedia NTP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_Time_Protocol
The user can set the time zone on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, "Administration", NTP settings.
