This Netgear Nighthawk M1 can be put in bridge mode and was working perfectly until I went on vacation and turned the Wi-Fi back on to use the Nighthawk as a stand-alone device. I believe it is in bridge mode now as well.

There is too many private IP addressed hops between the RBR and your ISP service. Why your having issues getting to web site resources. Need a public IP address ##.##.###.### at the WAN port of the RBR if possible.
Need to make sure the M1 is fully bridged.
