1. Just to confirm, can you please open a Command Prompt on any computer attached to Orbi and type:
> tracert 8.8.8.8 (or traceroute 8.8.8.8 if you're using a Mac computer)
What will be the first two hops?
2. What is the setting of the DNS configuration in Orbi? This issue can very well be caused by the DNS configuration. Try different settings (e.g. try 8.8.8.8 as DNS) and see if things improve.

I used the 8.8.8.8 as you suggested and it seemed to work. I have been able to get on websites that previously gave me a 404 error. I’m just not sure why this worked as I never touched the Orbi settings. I just removed the Nighthawk to take with me on vacation. I just assumed that I could plug it back in and put it in bridge mode? Could removing the Nighthawk have changed the DNS? In any case....thank you!
