Getting message firmware update failed for rbs40v running 2.6.1.4 connected to rbr50

I ran check for firmware update on my rbr50 running 2.7.1.60.

it shows downloading firmware and then update failed for rbs40v.
how do I fix this?

    You can visit the support pages for the RBS40V, download the firmware and then update it manually from the RBR50.

    • Administration
    • Firmware Update
    • Manual Update

    Or find the IP address for your RBS40V. (The RBR50 will show it.) Login to the satellite. Then manually update from there.
