Gigabit internet

I have gigablast internet connected to the WAN port. When I run a speed test with the orbi app I'm only show 400 to 500 mbps. Does the Orbi not support gig WAN?

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Is your speed test wired or wireless? Wired is preferred...

Been some that can get this speed and some that can't.

Wireless: 437Mbps
Wired: 590Mbps

    Connected directly to modem and getting these speeds:
    
    Cox internet test: 801Mbps
    Speakeasy test: 401Mbps
