Gigabit internet

I have gigablast internet connected to the WAN port. When I run a speed test with the orbi app I'm only show 400 to 500 mbps. Does the Orbi not support gig WAN?

    agree with Retired_Member , don't use the app for speedtesting. Also follow what FURRYe38 recommends and make sure to do it with a hardwired connection. Only other thing I can recommend is to directly connect to your modem and see if you have gigabit speeds at the modem.
