Grandstream VoIP Phone not working Orbi RBR50
I've had my VOIP phone for two years with no problems and about 2 months ago, It can not reach the main host. I worked on this with IT and everything seems correct but it was not connecting. We even ...
Give it about 2 minutes before giving up with the phone connected directly. Sometimes the modem takes a minute or two to switch over to a public IP adddress when a single PC or device is connected. Possible the phone won't support that either. Was a thought.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try the IP phone in the DMZ of the RBR?
Orbi RBR50 Firmware: V2.5.1.8 router mode

I tried the DMZ but it did not change anything.
