Give it about 2 minutes before giving up with the phone connected directly. Sometimes the modem takes a minute or two to switch over to a public IP adddress when a single PC or device is connected. Possible the phone won't support that either. Was a thought.

Powering OFF the ISP modem and RBR and IP phone for 1 minute, then ON with the modem first, then RBR, then phone still has problems?
Do you have any Armor or Circle or any port forward configurations set?
To rule out phone service issue or Orbi, you might try connecting the phone directly to the modem and see if it connect and the problem changes.

No Armor or Circle. I will reboot everything and report back. The last time I tried to plug it diredctly into the SB8200, it never connected like it use to.

That was good advice to leave it connected. It reeach the host and connected. I then shutdown the system and rebooted it. It now is conencted . I have like 32 conencted deviced so when the internet goes down I start getting emails and alerts. Thanks again!
