have new internet service and ORBI is asking for permission to many sites

I live in Lincoln Ne, just switched from Spectrum to Allo internet and signing in to sites asks for permission, not successful in making that happen. It's asking for serial number of router then user id and password which Netgear signin doesn't work. Help

  • What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?

How is the Orbi system configured? Router mode or AP mode?

How are you connected to the Oribi? Wired or wireless?

Do other devices see the same problem with these sites?

Did you configure any access controls? IF not, the Orbi will not be asking for permissions to access web sites normally.

      • "Do other devices see the same problem with these sites? No just desktop computer" This is only on the desktop PC, then something on the PC maybe causing the problem.

Try a different browser, IE11, FF or Opera.

  • Can you still get internet access to other sites with other devices?

What IP address is the Orbi getting from the ISP modem? ##.##.###.###? or a 192, or maybe a 10 or 172.something?
