Having a problem logging into orbilogin.com

I'm trying to manually updated my firmware and I can't figure out how to login to Orbilogin.com. I've read where the user name is the name of your router fround within the Orbi App and my password, but nothing I enter is allowing me to get in there and there isn't a password reset button anywhere.

I have an RBR50 on firmware 2.3.5.3
