Having issues with downloads
Hi, I recently got a RBK50 system with one sattilite. I have hooked up the system and everything is working ok except for my laptop. I am getting wifi on it but I can not do any updates on my window...
Can you please describe the situation in more detail. The laptop connects to WiFi. Ordinary activities like email, web browsing, printing, work correctly? Only (1) Windows Update fails with an error code? (2) Kapersky antivirus does not update its database (with an error code?) and (3) IPVanish no longer allows you to reach the resources you use it for,
Or..... You use IPVanish for "everything" and "nothing works."

windows update - We couldn't connect to the update service.
kaspersky - doesn't say anything. It just starts then stops
IPV - An error occurred while sending the request.
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Can you temporarily disable Kaspersky and IPV?
