Having issues with downloads
Hi, I recently got a RBK50 system with one sattilite. I have hooked up the system and everything is working ok except for my laptop. I am getting wifi on it but I can not do any updates on my window...
windows update - We couldn't connect to the update service.
kaspersky - doesn't say anything. It just starts then stops
IPV - An error occurred while sending the request.
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Can you temporarily disable Kaspersky and IPV?

Try powering OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute, then power ON and let it sync, Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wried PC.
Disable all security software programs temporarily on the PC.
Test for speeds and internet downloads.Try different browsers and different devices...
